Equicizer™ Private Session

Service Description

The Equicizer™ mechanical horse is a great way to be able to focus on yourself while exploring your balance, alignment and proprioception. Almost every one of us has some sort of crookedness or various imbalances that we may or may not be aware of. Kathy uses the Equicizer™ to help riders to better understand what their body is doing and introduces a variety of techniques for improvements that will enhance feel, and fine-tune balance and movement. The motion of the Equicizer™ provides a unique experience and is a great way to receive rider bodywork while mounted without having to deal with a live, moving horse.
