Centered Riding Instructors: Stay warm and keep your skills fresh through the winter with fun and affordable educational sessions at Lake Norman in North Carolina! Explore various bodywork modalities that can add value to your teaching and positively improve your use of self while teaching or doing bodywork and groundwork.
• Alexander Technique: We will look into how your use of self relates to Centered Riding bodywork and teaching from an Alexander Technique perspective.
• Tai Chi: We will use the Centered Riding four basics as we go through Tai Chi postures, paying attention to our use of self, while learning something new.
Overnight accommodations are available at no-charge for presenters and on a first-come-first served basis for participants. A light breakfast, lunch (and dinner for overnighters) are included. Transportation to/from the Charlotte airport may be available. We already have a few reservations and spots are limited, so sign up today! For more information and to register, contact Kathy Culler.
