THERE WAS A CROOKED RIDER
WHO RODE A CROOKED HORSE
Fun and educational unmounted workshop helping riders identify and correct faulty proprioception issues. We are all crooked in some way. Misalignments can arise from many sources: conformation, habits or injuries. Over time, it becomes more difficult to recognize and correct our imbalances, but we owe it to ourselves and our horses to strive for a more neutral alignment in stature, better balance, and improved fluidity in movement. Each attendee will participate in creating their own personalized body-mapping evaluation chart, along with tips and exercises to facilitate improvement. If we look to ourselves first, we can better help our horses!
